Mr. Oluwo Olawale Wasiu was born in July 1966 and started his educational career in 1972 at Okemeta Memorial Primary School, Somolu, Lagos where he passed out in 1977. He obtained his WASCE O Level in 1983 at the Lagos City College Yaba before proceeding to the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo for his Higher School Certificate Advance Level which he got in 1985.
The Young Wasiu gained admission to the prestigious University of Lagos in 1986 where he obtained his Bachelor of Science BSC Degree in Economics in 1989.
Mr. Oluwo Olawale Wasiu did his mandatory one year national service with Prime Merchant Bank Ltd (Now defunct) corporate finance from June 1990 – Dec 1992. He later joined the FSB Int’l Bank Plc (Now Fidelity Bank) Dec 1992 – July 1995 and rose to become the Deputy Head, Energy Group (Oil & Gas)
He joined the First City Monument Bank Plc in Aug 1995 and worked in the Corporate Finance (Capital Markets) and April 1997 moved to Intercontinental Bank (Now Access Bank) where he held various positions of responsibilities including General Manager, Intercontinental Capital Mkts, Head, Energy & Telecommunications Group, Deputy Head.…..then Head – Investment Banking. While in intercontinental Bank, he Set up Intercontinental Capital Markets (subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank )-pioneer GM and also Set up & managed the Energy & Telecommunications Group of Intercontinental Bank Plc
He had a brief stay at Eurodollar Investments Limited, Lagos ED, Business Development & Strategy between Jan 2003 – June 2003 before moving on to Continental Trust Bank Ltd (Now UBA) Head, Corporate Banking & Finance from July 2003 – May 2004.
His banking sojourn took him to Prudent Bank Plc (Now Skye Bank Plc) as Deputy Head, Investment Banking Group between June 2004 – Sept 2004 before joining the BGL Group in Oct 2004 as Head, Corporate Finance. In April 2008 he was promoted to the position of DMD, then MD/CEO BGL Securities and in April 2011 rose to the enviable position of the MD/CEO BGL Investment Banking.
He became an Executive Director – Operations in Trustfund Pension Plc supervising – Contributions; Investments; Benefits; Finance & Accounts; Risk Mgt.
During his sojourn round the banking sector, Mr. Olowu made major contributions to the banking sector, these incluses membership of the Turnaround Team for the restructuring of Continental Trust Bank Ltd. (Now UBA); Membership of the Turnaround Team that restructured Fed Savings Bank to FSB Int’l Bank (Fidelity). Handled the Merger of Standard Trust Bank Plc & UBA Plc (the first bank merger in Nigeria).
Other bank Merger & Acquisition deals handled by Mr Olowu are Ecobank; Afribank (now Mainstreet Bank); Oceanic; Access; FCMB; Stanbic-IBTC; Skye Bank; Spring Bank(Now Enterprise Bank)
He also handled the Unbundling of Dangote Group (spin-off of Dangote Flour, Dangote Sugar & Dangote Salt from Dangote Industries Plc). Handled the Acquisition of West African Provincial Insurance Plc by Intercontinental Bank.Merger of PZ Industries Plc & Thermocool Ltd. (consolidation of PZ Manchester’s interest) . Merger of Nestle Foods Plc & Nestle Nig. Ltd. (transfer of Nestle S.A. Switzerland’s interest)
He supersvised the Management Buy-Out of Pfizer Inc.’s equity interest in Pfizer Nigeria Plc by Neimeth Plc; and Leveraged Buy-Out of Pfizer Inc.’s equity interest in Livestock Feeds Plc by Adset Plc. Balance Sheet Restructuring of Unilever’s interest in UAC (hive off of AJ Seward from UAC)
He handled the N100 million Lagos Island Local Govt. Bond (first local govt. bond in Nigeria) other Public Offer of Bonds handled by Mr Olowu are . He is also chairman of the following companies, Manhattan Resources Limited (emerging asset management firm), Eurodollar Investments Ltd (leading financial assets arbitraging firm); GM & F Limited (a leading dredging & maritime services company) and Curious Heritage Ltd (a consulting/training & self development firm.

Engr. Olujimi Nunayon HOTONU (mni) was born on 4th April, 1961 in the United Kingdom. He had his Primary Education at Ireti Primary School, Ikoyi from 1967 – 1971 and Secondary Education at Methodist Boys High School, Lagos from 1972 – 1976. He proceeded to the Federal School of Arts & Science Victoria Island, Lagos for his Higher School Certificate in October 1976. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1983 from the University of Lagos, Akoka and later obtained a Master of Science Degree, Civil Engineering with specialization in Structures in 1985 from the same University.
Engr. Hotonu had a brief working experience in a private Civil Engineering Consultancy Firm before joining the Lagos State Civil Service in 1986 as Executive Engineer Grade 1. He rose through the ranks to his present position as Director, Engineering Services in the Ministry of Housing.
He has been involved in the conceptualization, planning, design and supervision of numerous Building and Civil Engineering projects ranging from Roads, Jetties, Bridges, and Buildings with varying foundation complexity and other challenging structures. He has satisfactorily undertaken and delivered notable Public and Private Projects in the course of his over 30 years working experience.
As Director, Engineering Services, he oversees all the construction of the newly conceptualized Lagos Homes Ownership Mortgage Scheme (HOMS) Prototype blocks of flats with the complimentary Infrastructure being provided by the State Government across the nook and crannies of the State.
On the 6th of January, 2014, Engr. Hotonu was sworn-in alongside othersas the Permanent Secretary, Office of Works by His Excellency, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN).and was later redeploy to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
He has also participated in numerous Local and Foreign Professional and Managerial courses, workshops and conferences. He is an active member of the following Engineering Associations and Bodies:

Mrs. Fiyinfoluwa Adenike Ogunbanke, Nee Kosoko – King, a season administrator and an astute manager of man and resources was born on the 1st of July 1958. She is from the Kosoko descendant in Lagos Island area of Lagos State.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in June 1982 from the University of Ilorin Nigeria.
For her quest for knowledge, Mrs. Ogunbanke proceeded to University of Manchester, England for a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics and Social Studies and in September 1991. She was awarded Masters of Arts in Economics (Development Administration & Management) degree from the same University of Manchester England.
In 2002, she graduated at the Lagos State University, Lagos with Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and in 2011 went to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Nigeria.
She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling at the University of Lagos, Nigeria
Mrs. Fiyinfoluwa Adenike Ogunbanke has worked at various levels within the state public service and heads various departments and Agencies. She was Head (Planning, Research and Statistics) at the Governor’s office from1983 to1994. From 1994 – 2001, heads the same unit at the Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget. In same capacity at the Ministry of Rural Development, 2001 – 2002 and Ministry of Works, 2002 – 2004.
She was Secretary to the State Consultancy Board in 2004 – 2005 and in 2005 was made the Project Coordinator, World Bank Assisted Lagos Metropolitan Development & Governance Project (LMDGP.
Between 2006 to 2015, she has worked as Director, Admin and Human Resources in Various Ministry including Office of Special Adviser on Physical Planning, Ministry of Finance, Local Government Service Commission, Ministry of Local Government, Governor’s Office and Director, Project Implementation and Monitoring Unit.
She is currently the Director, Human Resources and Administration, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
She has attended various seminars both within and outside the country amongst which include Project Formulation Feasibility Studies and Appraisal, a United Nation Development Programme (UNDP)Lagos November 1996; Procurement of Consulting and Professional Services at the International Law Institute Washington DC November 2005; Project Management at the International Law Institute Washington DC October 2006; Project Monitoring and Evaluation at the Royal Institute of Public Administration (RIPA)London March 2008; Project Management Using PRINCE 2 Methodology at Pitman Training Lagos May 2008.

Born May 1, 1980 in Lagos, Nigeria.Attended Corona Primary School Ikoyi, Lagos, Secondary education at St. John’s Ilupeju for 2 years before going to a private boarding school called Framlingham College in Suffolk, UK.Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Global Issues from Franklin University, USA. Professionally, Oladeji holds certificates in ProjectManagement, International Facility Managementand is a member of Illumination Professionals Association – Nigeria.
While in the university, Deji volunteered for various out of school extra tuition programs for children raised by single parents or from low income homes and raised money for numerous charity events.
He was also a student athlete and played rugby gaining such honors as u19 team USA All American, Mid-West Major League Rugby all-star Squad and playing for 3 seasons in the USA Major League Rugby Union in the starting lineup for theScioto Valley Rugby Football Club. He also played Intramural American Football and was a part of the Ohio volunteer team for Senator. John Kerry’s U.S.A Presidential bid.

Engr. Anthonio Augustine Ayodele was born on the 2nd of June 1964 in the Lafiaji area of Lagos Island. He is from Lagos Island East LCDA of Lagos State.
He had his West Africa School Certificate at St Anthony Grammar School in Ijebu Imushin Ogun State in June 1980 and from 1986 to 1991, he went to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife for his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a master degree programme in same field at the Univesity of Lagos, in 1998
He had his mandatory one year national service with Carnaud Metal Box Toyo Glass PLC from May 1992 to April 1993 as a Pollution Control Engineer. From 1993 to July 1995, he was in the services of Ultrasystems Limited as an Associate Consultant (Industrial Projects) before moving to Widerange Company Ltd as a project Manager where he was from August 1995 to Sept 1999.
Engr. Anthonio joined the services of the Lagos State Government in March 2000 as a Chief Engineer/Head of Department (Engineering Services) Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency, LASEPA and was later reployed to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in November 2013 where he is currently an Assistant Director and Head of Oil and Gas Department.
He is a registered member of various professional bodies which includes Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers.

Mr. Adegoke Oladipupo Kuseju was born on 13th February, 1970 and started his educational career in 1976 at African Church School, Borno Way, Ebute-Metta, Lagos where he passed out in 1982. He obtained his WASCE O Level in 1987 at Morocco Comprehensive High School, Shomolu before proceeding to Federal School of Sciences for his Higher School Certificate Advance Level.
He gained admission to Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye in 1988 where he obtained his Bachelor of Science BSC Degree in Geology in 1992. He later gained admission to University of Lagos on part-time basis for Masters Degree in Applied Geophysics.
Mr. Adegoke Kuseju did his mandatory one year national service with Chevron Nigeria Limited from December 1992 –November 1993. He joined Thec Nigeria Limited, Bariga, Lagos (a groundwater development company) from July 1994 – August 1996. He supervised many water borehole drilling projects both in the sedimentary and basement terrain
He later relocated to Owerri, Imo State to join Hydrocraft Nigeria Limited (a groundwater development company) from November 1996 – December 1999.
He had a brief stay at Bint & Prathel Nigeria Limited, Lagos (an oil servicing company) from January 2000 –August 2000. He served as assistant client representative on a seismic data acquisition project carried out by United Geophysical Company for Nigerian Petroleum Development Company in OML 51 (Ughelli, Delta State).
He joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2001 as Scientific Officer II serving in Lagos State Traffic Management Authority and rose to become the Head of Traffic Databank Unit. He applied and got the Civil Service Commission to redesignate his appointment to the geologist cadre. He was later redeployed to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources where he rose and become head of the Solid Minerals Department from August 2011 – June 2012. He was later appointed as head of the Geological Services Department from August 2013 till date.
He is a member of various professional bodies including: Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientist (COMEG), Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS) and Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologist (NAH).
